Acceptance of Terms
By hiring Zentastic Hauling & Junk Removal, LLC, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all services provided by Zentastic Hauling & Junk Removal, LLC, and your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Services
We provide junk removal, waste disposal, and related services as described at the time of scheduling. Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel any service without prior notice. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated to you promptly.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit card, or other approved methods. The Client agrees that payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance that services have been rendered to their satisfaction.

Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for heavy or hazardous materials, difficult access, or extended service time not included in the original estimate. Any additional charges will be communicated to the Client prior to the completion of the service.

Liability
Zentastic Hauling & Junk Removal, LLC and its employees will not be liable for any damages or loss beyond the cost of the services provided. The Client agrees to hold Zentastic Hauling & Junk Removal, LLC harmless for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the performance of the services.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zentastic Hauling & Junk Removal, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's use of our services or from any violation of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions or hazardous materials. In such cases, the Client may be responsible for a minimum charge.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zentastic Hauling & Junk Removal, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
